Currency Current

The Currency Current Class is designed to equip young learners with a foundational understanding of money management and economic principles, empowering them to make informed financial decisions from an early age. This course breaks down complex monetary concepts into age-appropriate lessons that will benefit students in managing their finances and preparing for future wealth-building opportunities.

Throughout the class, students will explore the basic structures of the U.S. economy and traditional monetary systems. They will learn about key financial concepts, including income, saving, budgeting, and the difference between assets and liabilities. In addition, the course introduces the increasingly important world of digital currency, helping students understand its role in the modern economy.

By the end of the class, students will have the skills to:

- Understand how the U.S. economy functions.

- Identify different forms of money, from cash to digital currencies.

- Learn how to research, choose, and manage both traditional and digital assets.

- Develop the ability to distinguish between assets and liabilities.

- Explore simple investment strategies to help grow wealth over time.

The course emphasizes practical, hands-on learning, including activities and real-world applications. Students will be encouraged to think critically about financial decisions and learn responsible money management techniques that will benefit them for years to come.
